I'd give them a zero if I could for the Cherry Hill office. I can't speak for the other locations. They are dishonest and intentionally misleading. They told me they handle all types of insurance until later I found out that they do not file claims with insurance companies. It's up to the patient to file a claim for reimbursement. I needed multiple extractions done immediately due to health complications but they did not do one while I supposedly waited for whatever it is they had to do. They are still trying to bill me but I discussed with their finance department a long time ago and they were supposed to settle it which obviously they did not. Customer rating speak for themselves and I believe a lot of these four and five-star ratings are fake.

I was seen as a first time patient in the Cherry Hill office. I had a wonderful experience. I dread going to the dentist but I am very glad I did. I spoke with Kim on the phone and she was so nice and helpful that I decided to come in and once I got here the doctor and his assistants were just as wonderful. I was able to get my work done same day and the cost was very affordable. Thank you Kim and staff for taking care of me.

I went to Universal Dentistry last week for the first time with a very painful tooth. This had been going on for some time. I don’t have dental insurance right now, so seeing a dentist really wasn’t something I thought was in the cards for me, but when I called on Tuesday I was greeted by a very nice young lady who put my anxiety to ease and she let me know seeing a dentist was affordable. She walked me through everything. They made everything easy. I had an appointment the same day. I was treated with respect and care. The dentist and staff were great. I’m glad I have a dentist finally.

Universal Dentistry of Cherry Hill is great. Dr. Patel is wonderful and the whole staff is friendly and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

what can I say without being nasty. Started out I called to find out if they took my insurance, oh yeah we work with all insurances I was assured. So I make the appointment. I get there, they won't take my insurance card . I said you take Humana right, oh yeah we work with all insurances, OK so i go to the back sit in the chair they take an x-ray then the doctor comes in and he says do you want your teeth cleaned? sure clean my teeth, cleaning are covered by my insurance, i get 2a year. I get up to leave the girl at the desk says that's $156. I handed her my insurance card, oh no we don't work like that you pay and put a claim in for a refund . I'm like what??, OK I put the claim in only to find out that they're not in my network I was so peed off. so because they're not in my network and through numerous calls to my insurance company, I got reimbursed $54. I will never never go back to universal denistry again and will never recommend it to anybody , plus I thought the place was dirty . Cherry Hill office by the way Linda K.
